| Planning to build a school | First school board of director was formed. School formally opened: one primary class, one headmaster, one teacher and 27 students. |

| Second World War were over. Reform Board of Director. School rebuilt. |
School rebuilt; six classrooms, one hall and one teacher quarter. There were three primary classes. Number of pupil: over 100. |

| The first batcg of nine primary six students were graduated. School rebuilt. |
Number of student: 400 plus. Kindergarden admitted 60 pupils in two classrooms. |

| Raised fund for the third time for removing the school to the existing location. |
Existing primary building completed. area: 1.5 acres. 23 classrooms, 1 hall and 1 dinning room cum kitchen. Shell company paid school fee and provided transport for its employees' children. |

| The government provided free lunch for all teachers and students. Lower secondary section established. The school was renamed as Chung Ching Middle School. |
The government provided refreshment instead of lunch, subsided half of the school regular expenses, construction expenses and staff's salary. The first batch 17 lower secondary student were graduated. |

| Upper secondary established. The number of student was increased increased to 1000 plus. For building the secondary section, 4.25acres of land was provided by the government. |

Secondary building launched on 4th September. Constructing teacher's quarter in secondary campus. Set up school of organization regulation and rules. |

Chinese Lower secondary public examination ceased. The 2nd Seria Scout Troop warranted on 31st December. |

| His Majestry the Sultan visited the school on 12th February. Jawi lesson was first taught in school starting with primary one. |
Implemented ECA annual marking system. all primary six pupils sat for PCE. Three students participated in the Asean students sports games in Thailand. Set up teacher welfare and bonus sytem. Foreign student required to hold a student pass. |

| The Minister of Education visited on 25th January. Created a post of deputy principal. Shell company ceased paying transport allowance for its employees' children. |
Set up a computer room and offered computer studies as an optional lesson in the secondary. Two students took part in Asean Students Field and Track competition in the Philippines. One student participated the Asean Student Basketball Competition in Thailand. |

| Three teachers and six students represented Brunei to take part in the Asean Table Tennis Competition hosted by the home country. One teacher and two students represented Brunei to take part in the Asean Field and Track competition in Indonesia. |

A student represented Brunei to participate in Tai Kwan Do contest in Indonesia; won a bronze metal for Brunei in South East Asia Games held in Singapore. Japan World Children Art Exhibition: won 2 supreme Gold, 3 Golds, 13 silvers and 15 bronze. |

| Renovated all toilets in both primary and secondary section. Built the bitumen car park next to the kindergarden. Install air-condition in the secondary office. Renewd secondary teacher' quarter. Set up kindergarden play ground, installed German madechildren playthings. Amended personnel policy; practicing teacher appraisal system. Set scholarship and prizes to encourage further study in the secondary.Two pieces of students drawings were kept permanently by Norway International Children Art Museum. |
Renovated secondary and primary offices; split unit air-condtioners installed. Renews teacher's quarters in primary section. Computer lesson was offered at primary section. Set up a multi purposed hall with spilt unit air-conditioners at primary section. Renewed primary canteen and set up a parent's sitting room. Renewed Audio Visual Room at secondary section. Renewed science practical laboratories and bought additional apparatus. One student was selected to represent Brunei to take part in Badminton Competition in Australia. | All the secondary chairs and desks were bough new. | Certified as the Oxford Language Center by Oxford University. Offered computer as an compulsory subject for all primary pupils. Named lower secondary public examination as PMB. Candidates scored 100% credit in Bahasa Melayu. Won 310 international academics prizes in Art, Essay Writings, Mathematics, Science, English and Computer competitions. Implemented YES program for Form 4 student. Set up YDM Pehin Kapitan China Kornia Diraja Dato Paduka Lim Teck Hoo's scholarship and bursary aids. |
